The dnc4U software ("Software") requires a licence key or keyfile for activation.
Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their licence keys or keyfiles.
DNC Software Ltd will replace any keyfile free of charge for the lifetime of the Software, for any reason, except where the intent is fraudulent, such as requesting keyfiles beyond the number originally purchased.
Keyfiles will remain registered under the company name used at the time of purchase. If a replacement is needed under a different company name (e.g., due to a company buyout, merger, or renaming), a fee of 50% of the current purchase price applies.
Licences are not transferable between different companies. For example, if a computer with a licensed Software installation purchased by Company A is sold to Company B, the licence does not transfer. Company B must purchase a new licence in its own name.

The Software can be uninstalled at any time by the user. Uninstallation does not affect any licence terms or the need to comply with the EULA.
Users must verify all outputs and ensure proper safety procedures when using the software. DNC Software Ltd is not liable for misuse or incorrect application of the software.
DNC Software Ltd may update this Keyfile & Licence Policy at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.
