The dnc4U Debug Window lets you see immediately the data coming
from your CNC which goes a long way to setting up your DNC link.
You can then use the debugging tools to see any control codes
output by your CNC.
The first thing after making up your cables and connectors is
to connect your CNC and computer together and send a program
out from your CNC back to your computer.
If you see any data, even if its garbage, you have proved a
link. You can then fine tune the protocols, the baudrates, parity
etc.
You can either view the data as-is or select to debug the CNC
control codes. This makes deciphering the data and end-of-block
sequences extremely easy... |
